In an article for ESPN "Insider" today, John Hollinger writes about how the "Bucks aren't as good as standings indicate", and that they're more lucky than good (13-1 in games decided by 5 or less). Since the full article is only available to subscribers ($$), I won't get to read his full rationale for that argument. From what I can tell, he's basing it on a recent game between the Pacers and Bucks (the Good Guys lost 112-88). Now, if somebody wants to argue that the Pacers are better than the Bucks, that's fine (although: IND -J.O. ). I received an e-mail yesterday from ESPN regarding the renewal of our Fantasy Football League service (related posts). Let me sum up our collective experience with ESPN last season: "crap". The previous season, based on the recommendations of Dan, we went with RT Sports. All in all, that went pretty well. I did a search on ESPN this morning, and on the results page, there was a sidebar that listed popular search terms. One of the top 3 was "espn toolbar". Looks like it's currently in Beta, but I installed it anyways. I'm going to play around with it for a few days and see what I think about it - it might be easier than going to the site every few hours.
