Deep down, there was a little part of me that was hoping there would be another snowstorm so I could write this post. (Mind you, a very, very small part.) After the 4th major snowstorm of 8 or more inches this winter, I had all I could stand, so we booked a little vacation to the beaches of Sunny Mexico.
