I bought a nice pair of shoes on eBay last week. They arrived over the weekend, and it turns out the color wasn't what I thought they would be. The seller had the exact same pair in a different color for sale, so I contacted him about an exchange. Initially, he wanted me to pay for shipping both ways AND an additional $10 "restocking" fee.
