Watch for movement on Jamal Magloire. The buzz is building with Thursdays deadline approaching. Sounds nutty I know, but Magloire’s agent is Arn Tellum and the dude is a weasel in hammering out max deals for his clients. They will be looking for a max deal in roughly about a year, and I dont think they want to pay Mags max money. If they wait a while and don’t trade him, his value will plummet because he will just be a free agent that anyone can sign. His value will never be higher then the next 48 hours, watch for Eddie Griffin, Charlie Villanueva, or some kind of involvement in the Kevin Garnett brokering go down with Larry the Snake Harris. I’m not say we would get KG, but we may be a part of a bigger 4 team thing.
I guess Bogut has been pretty vocal about wanting to be involved in influencing victories and he needs to play his natural position of center to do that. If we can get a young 4 like Villanueva or Harrington to put next to Bogey that would be great. Magloire is just a problem on the horizon for our minutes and economics. The Cousins Center phones will be blowing the hell up over the next 2 days, watch Larry go!
