This guy at work saw me poking around eBay the other day - I was trying to sell an old cell phone I'm not using anymore. He suggested I check out some of the feedback for this user. eBay's system is set up so that after you complete a transaction with another user, you have the opportunity to leave feedback. You're only allowed to leave feedback for those members - you can't just randomly run around a leave comments about someone.
