I'm not really into the whole "reality" tv thing. But the last 2 weeks, Judy and I have been watching one of the summer shows on CBS, "Rock Star: INXS". Unfortunately, it's pretty damn addicting. The format is pretty typical, I think. Instead of "tasks", the contestants sing songs. At the end, one of them is voted out. Just a few of my thoughts... + It's probably the kindest of the reality shows. No "You're fired!", no real back-stabbing or plotting against each other... everyone is relatively nice to each other. At the end of the show, when someone is voted out, Tim Farris says, "I'm sorry, you're just not right for our band (INXS)". He sounds genuinely remorseful. + On that ...
A few years ago, there was an "incident" involving me, a volleyball, and an old man. Let's just say it didn't end well for the old man. Since then, I've been tagged as being anti-elderly.
