Well, the jerks over at Sears sure blew it. Welcome to the List! We bought the grill last weekend, and after talking to Andy, decided that it was a good idea to let a trained professional assemble it. So, Judy called Sears to get some info, and found out that it would take 2 days to get it done. Later we found out it was 2 *business* days. Oh, and since it was Labor Day weekend, it would most likely be Tuesday.
Well, that wasn’t going to work for us. So, we returned the grill to Sears, and then hopped over to Home Depot. They had 3 fully-assembled versions of the exact same grill, just wating for a loving home. We also picked up an extra gas tank, just in case.
Friday, we treated ourselves to a fantabulous meal. Grilled shrimpies and steaks, stuffed mushroom caps, and 2 bottles of wine, plus a side dish or 2. Absolutely stuffed.
